i found the communal areas and bedrooms very fresh. the hotel was light, bright, and airy. i also appreciated the free and ample parking, surprisingly quiet for being just off a major road.
shower pressure could be better. the water was at least hot though.

Tracy from events was so helpful when I organised a surprise birthday afternoon tea. She was always available. The on-duty team worked tirelessly to help throughout the afternoon. I found the hotel consistently nice and neat.
The bathroom cleanliness could be slightly improved, however, it was a very minor issue.

My room was a good size, and the king-size bed gave a really great sleep!!! The room was well-appointed. I found an ironing board, an iron if needed, a hairdryer, and tea and coffee-making facilities. There were plenty of sockets for charging.

I found excellent vegan breakfast options available. The buffet-style breakfast was very good. I especially liked that there was freshly made, hot porridge as well as the usual cereal choices. There were seeds and fruit to accompany it.

I was happy the swimming pool was an excellent extra facility to be able to enjoy!!! There is also a sauna available . The hotel offers parking on site.

the hotel staff was helpful. the breakfast was good and had lots of choices. i found the 12pm check out to be great.
the room was very basic. i noticed no biscuits were provided to go with hot drinks. there were no wine glasses.
